Lucy is writing about this excerpt from The Code Book. Only a small fraction of the information flowing around the world is securely encrypted, and the remainder is poorly encrypted, or not encrypted at all. This is because the number of Internet users is rapidly increasing, and yet few of these people take adequate precautions in terms of privacy. In turn, this means that national security organizations, law enforcers and anybody else with a curious mind can get their hands on more information than they can cope with. Which of Lucy’s lines best shows that she has made a personal connection to the reading? The author is explaining that much information is not encrypted. The author is explaining that Internet users must be more careful. This book helps me realize that much of my online information is not secure. What is the theme of the death of a soldier poem? The poem examines the futility and suffering of one of history's worst battles. The speaker says that when a soldier is slain, "Life contracts and death is expected, like the leaves in fall". The final, end-stopped line of the first verse is the only one that is a full sentence.
"Death is absolute and without memorial," which appears to be saying that the end is the end and that's that, marks a philosophical change in the poem. According to the reasoning, death is not a life event, contrary to what Wittgenstein claimed. It is useless for humans to attempt to memorialize the event.
Thus, option D and B are correct.

25 points! Brainliest to the first honest opinion! I'm writing a novel and I need to get someones honest opinion on if it's a good start.
Let me tell you a story, starting from the beginning.
"No no no no no no no!" Winter raced through he woods trying to find a safe place to hide.
There was no place to hide. She was alone.
She couldn't turn back, because behind her was a killer. A killer who had slaughtered her entire family, and is now after her. She is scared, hurt and desperately trying to get away. Not only had the killer murdered her family, the killer was a demon, a demon who was once her lover.
He promised her love, love beyond anything that her world can offer. But as time passed, she realized how much of a monster he was. His true sadistic nature revealed itself, and she broke up with him. He would not take that. He loved her, and he was insane, so he promised her he would be back, and he would destroy everyone she ever loved. He was going to give her a fate worse than death, by sending her somewhere she could never escape, somewhere that is completely inhuman. He was sending her to a practical hell, and she had no idea as to where or what it was.
So there I was, running for my life from the man who trapped me and promised me eternal suffering. I know i'm not going to escape but I have to try. I just have to. There's no way I can face what he has in mind, not after all he's done to me in the past. I can only imagine the horrors he had in store for me in this hell he plans to send me to.
I stop and hide in a hollowed out tree. I know i'm probably not safe there, but I just sit there and wait. I'm only human, so you can't blame me for wanting to feel safe in an enclosed space, and I can only run for so long.
"Winter~ Come on out my snowflake, I'm not going to hurt you, I just want to see you" I could hear his voice echoing, his voice alone sent shivers through me. He sounds like a psychopath, let me rephrase that, he is a psycho.
"WINTER! I know you're hiding, i can't hear your footsteps anymore." He was close "Come. out. now." My hear rate increased ten times over as I heard him come closer and closer. Then i saw him, he was right in front of me, i didn't know if he could see me, but i assumed he did considering how he yanked me out by my arm.
He held my arms tight and just smiled at me. I stared in his eyes, mine full of fear. I couldn't move, there was nothing I could do. so he dragged me back to my house, the same house that he turned to a slaughterhouse for my family.

1. Describe the climax of "The American Embassy." Where does the protagonist come face to
face with their antagonist? What are the consequences of this "battle"?
Answer and Explanation:
Many of the stories in the American Embassy focus on distraught relationships between men and women. Main conflict or you may say that a climax arises from the roles of women who are asked to play within their birth families and then in their romantic relationships. Most of the coupled female characters consider themselves in favor of their husbands or partners, hence losing sight of their own identities and sense of concern in the process. These stories are like a question means how and why this happens, and then set about being discovered what can be done about it.
In American Embassy, each story has its own protagonist:
An unnamed woman: Cell One
Nkem: Imitation
Chika : A Private Experience
James: Ghosts
Kamara: On Monday of Last Week
Ujunwa: Jumping Monkey Hill
Akunna: The Thing Around Your Neck
Another unnamed woman: The American Embassy
Ukamaka: The Shivering
Chinaza: The Arrangers of Marriage
another unnamed woman: Tomorrow is Too Far
and Nwamgba: The Headstrong Historian
There is no central antagonist, in most stories characters are struggling with social issues such as political upheaval, sexism, and racism.

Which stepped up the attack, what grammatical name is given to the expression?
Answer:
a). Adjective or relative clause.
b). It functions to modify the noun 'bees.'
Explanation:
The Adjectival clause, which is also popularly known as the relative clause, is characterized as the dependent clause that primarily functions to modify or qualify a noun or pronoun by providing details/descriptions about them.
In the given sentence, the clause 'which...attack' is the adjectival clause as it functions to modify the noun 'bees' in the sentence. It is dependent as it begins with a relative pronoun 'which' and thus, it requires the principal clause to accomplish its meaning completely.
